Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable. Remainder tickets are non-refundable 14 days after initial purchase.
Tickets may be resold; we request you contact us to check our waiting list before privately selling it on. You must contact us with the name of the new attendee once the transaction has completed.
Please contact larp.bastion@gmail.com for help with Bastion tickets, and kyrlarp@gmail.com for help with WOME tickets.
You may not sell tickets for more than the initial cost (after platform/payment fees, if applicable).
Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled, rescheduled, the venue changes, or a significant event change occurs (ie, a 3-day event is changed to a 1-day event), you will be offered a full refund or transfer to the new date.
You may, at the organiser’s discretion, transfer your ticket to a different event if there are spaces available.
