Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable. Full-price and remainder tickets are non-refundable 14 days after initial purchase.

If you can no longer attend the event, tickets cannot be transferred to another Know Your Role event

Tickets may be resold or transferred to another player; we request you contact us to check our waiting list before privately selling it or passing it on.

Please contact larp.bastion@gmail.com for help with Bastion tickets, and womelarp@gmail.com for help with WOME tickets.

You may not sell tickets for more than the initial cost. If transferring the ticket privately, you must contact us with the name of the new attendee once the transaction has completed.

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled, rescheduled, the venue changes, or a significant event change occurs (ie, a 3-day event is changed to a 1-day event), you will be offered a refund of the ticket cost minus the deposit.
